Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot — The goal of the Vis Moot is to foster the study of international commercial law and arbitration for resolution of international business disputes through its application to a concrete problem of a client and to train law leaders of tomorrow in methods of alternative dispute resolution. ODR Project -- Recognizing that the existence of effective, trustworthy and fair redress systems are a necessary precursor to domestic and cross-border economic growth, the ODR Project’s objective is to establish online dispute prevention and resolution mechanisms to support virtual commercial activity. In furtherance of this objective, the Institute is collaborating with UNCITRAL and Penn State Dickinson School of Law to host a conference on ODR and Global E-Commerce this March 29th and 30th.
